Vital Differences® is a tool for dialogue that can be used to develop the strategy, the management teams and the employees' competences.

We are often not sufficiently aware that colleagues and external partners have other expectations and contributions than ourselves. The board game helps you to see yourself from outside.

The purpose of Vital Differences® is to develop the participants' understanding of themselves and their surroundings and to inspire more effective cooperation across differences. This happens through the game's challenging questions, and through the individual workbook that provides the participants with tools to develop new actions.

Vital Differences® is developed by Elisabeth Plum, PhD in cultural sociology. She has worked as an organizational consultant with mergers, interdisciplinary collaboration, diversity management, international cooperation and team building. She is lead author of the book Cultural Intelligence – the art of leading cultural complexity from 2008.
